A little bit of softness to you!

Pumpkins! Is it possible to get tired of them?
Another favourite of mine this season is pomegranate! I love everything about it: colour, shape, taste, without saying that it’s loaded in vitamins and antioxidants. Eating a few seeds of it per day is a great way to be kind to our body and to lift our moody! Who doesn’t like to pick seed by seed, take into the mouth and savour the luscious taste of them?

It was 11 pm, a beam of light caught my attention. I went closer and I witnessed my tea light candle last flame. It desired to say good-bye.

Allow the fires of transformation to burn away all that doesn’t serve you.

The simplicity of gestures and the simplicity of care.

Thanksgiving here in Canada! I’m giving thanks to be here and now, to witness Nature’s exuberance, and for being a student of her teachings on acceptance and letting go.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, being in Canada or not, it’s always time to give thanks!

The business of life and thoughts guide me far away from the peace, that point of balance hidden deep inside my mind. I’ll spend a few minutes today in my garden, solitude moment. I’ll bring my journal and a cup of tea with me and try to find the lost balance.
