exquisite carpet in a venue. it called my attention. of course, i had to click. i was there, stepping on that exquisite carpet. a moment in time has been recorded. i was there, i was present. a moment of mine.

Stop, breathe, listen. Being in the moment and paying attention to the details. Walking by the river yesterday, I stopped and looked down, yes, I saw the fish swimming upstream, many of them, busy to reach something, someplace.

The business of life and thoughts guide me far away from the peace, that point of balance hidden deep inside my mind. I’ll spend a few minutes today in my garden, solitude moment. I’ll bring my journal and a cup of tea with me and try to find the lost balance.
Every morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.

Have a great Thursday!

We all got in the car this week. We drove to the lake. Spaciousness was the feeling when we got there. Breathe in, breathe out. The blue immensity filled my soul with calm and joy. It was a priceless ride for all the beautiful moments spent in there đź’™
Wishing you a lovely weekend!
Good Morning!
Today’s the theme is Fresh, well, so many things fresh things around me this morning:
The fresh flowers I’ve on my kitchen counter, fresh eggs, from the farm market, that I scrambled for my husband, fresh laundry waiting to be ironed, a new book on my coffee table …, but today I want to show the freshness of a habit, my journaling practice. I hope I have captured it below:
Let us live simply in the freshness of the present moment, in the clarity of pure awakened mind.
The freshness of a new morning
Coffee fragance diffusing through the kitchen
Blank pages waiting
Waiting for words
And thoughts
To surrender to the moment
Have a lovely and fresh Sunday!
listening to the wind, Â feeling it touching my skin and caressing my hair as i walk focusing on being present. isn’t’ it a wonderful mindfulness exercise?
have a great friday!
backyard mindfulness
leaves slowly falling down
dancing with the fresh breeze
taking their time to let go
teaching us that it’s ok
there is time for everything
and no need to hold to
what doesn’t serve us anymore
thoughts
they abruptly come
stealing a space in the mind
a space that wasn’t empty at all
but they are ruthless
they take us down without asking permission
isn’t worth to try controlling them
they become stronger with each block
the best is to let them come and go
we aren’t our thoughts
