My favourite fruit of the season, pomegranates! These tiny little seeds are loaded with nutrients and vitamins, they have delicious taste and are so pretty, a perfect subject for photography. I say they are droplets of kindness!

Pumpkins! Is it possible to get tired of them?
Another favourite of mine this season is pomegranate! I love everything about it: colour, shape, taste, without saying that it’s loaded in vitamins and antioxidants. Eating a few seeds of it per day is a great way to be kind to our body and to lift our moody! Who doesn’t like to pick seed by seed, take into the mouth and savour the luscious taste of them?

We love pomegranate in my home, we all like to eat it, but hubby is the only one that likes to open this winsome fruit and remove the edible seeds.
The season of pomegranate here in my city lasts from November to January, during this period we eat one or two per evening.
The legend says that in each fruit there is one seed that came directly from heaven, and it’s good luck to the person that eats it. Others say that it was pomegranate, not apple, that Eve offered to Adam.
There are many stories about this fruit, but what I know for sure is that it is delicious and healthy, each seed is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins.
