backyard mindfulness
leaves slowly falling down
dancing with the fresh breeze
taking their time to let go
teaching us that it’s ok
there is time for everything
and no need to hold to
what doesn’t serve us anymore

nature teaches us many things, but in general, we are always in hurry to pay attention. I’m trying to slow down and savour each moment.

It can be difficult to slow down in our rush, rush world. I always look forward to my meditation time which slows everything down. ๐๐ป

Backyard mindfulness tells me I need to seriously clean up the yard and get it ready for winter! Yours is very pretty, Elizabeth.
