listening to the wind,  feeling it touching my skin and caressing my hair as i walk focusing on being present. isn’t’ it a wonderful mindfulness exercise?

  1. this is an amazing mindfulness exercise Elizabeth, indeed to be totally present in the moment and just be wonderfully aware of what is surrounding us, pure energy – a delight and a rejuvenation
