Good Morning!
Today’s the theme is Fresh, well, so many things fresh things around me this morning:
The fresh flowers I’ve on my kitchen counter, fresh eggs, from the farm market, that I scrambled for my husband, fresh laundry waiting to be ironed, a new book on my coffee table …, but today I want to show the freshness of a habit, my journaling practice. I hope I have captured it below:

Let us live simply in the freshness of the present moment, in the clarity of pure awakened mind.
The freshness of a new morning
Coffee fragance diffusing through the kitchen
Blank pages waiting
Waiting for words
And thoughts
To surrender to the moment
Have a lovely and fresh Sunday!
Oh, I love this Elizabeth. It’s often the small simple things that are the freshest. Beautiful inspiration 💜

Lovely post full of freshness. We had quite a warm day today so i did a tiny bit of weeding of back garden, sweeping of front garden. Feel good, otherwise it becomes an overwhelming job, when spring comes.

Glad you had a warm day there, here is still very cold. I can’t wait to start taking care of the garden.

A lovely inspiration! What does the image on your coffee cup mean — is it a Chinese character?

I’m learning to let the past in the past, and see in each day a fresh start and new opportunities; and a blank page is wonderful for this. 🙂

It’s a buddhist symbol for inner peace. I love this mug, it’s made of ceramic, so it’s smooth and strong at the same time.
