The cucumbers and tomatoes are gone, now it’s the turn of the peppers. My garden is pretty with all the red shinning in there. These peppers are very spice, no kindness on them!

Another favourite of mine this season is pomegranate! I love everything about it: colour, shape, taste, without saying that it’s loaded in vitamins and antioxidants. Eating a few seeds of it per day is a great way to be kind to our body and to lift our moody! Who doesn’t like to pick seed by seed, take into the mouth and savour the luscious taste of them?

It was 11 pm, a beam of light caught my attention. I went closer and I witnessed my tea light candle last flame. It desired to say good-bye.

Thanksgiving here in Canada! I’m giving thanks to be here and now, to witness Nature’s exuberance, and for being a student of her teachings on acceptance and letting go.
