Noticing # 91

Moments of truth
Knowing but not accepting
Looking but not seeing
Hearing but not listening
Many signs guiding me
In spite of that
I take the wrong turn

Noticing the weakness of being.

Noticing # 90

Snow and sunshine, the feeling of stillness after the storm.

Noticing # 89

Seeing brightness in the middle of the clouds. Wishing to travel, to fly in search of freedom, I feel trapped inside myself. This pandemic is exhausting.

Are you feeling the same?

Noticing # 88

Noticing how the feelings can change during a day. Contentment in the morning, worry in the afternoon and exhaustion in the evening.

Noticing # 86

Noticing and being grateful!
Yes! It’s Friday!
Tulips on my table
Coffee
Flannel PJs
My journal by my side
Candle light - still dark
Silence
Solitude

And you? What are you grateful for?

Noticing #85

Guiding my way home
Wolf moon
Shining in the eastern sky

Full moon blessings to you!

Noticing # 84

Any else dreaming of spring?

The steps to my garden are frozen
The jar patiently
Waits
For spring
To do its job

Noticing # 83

My garden
Still pretty in the winter
Snow flakes dancing
In the middle of the stillness

Have a nice Tuesday!

Noticing # 82

Noticing tiny pleasures in small gestures, like getting these tulips at the grocery store yesterday. My favourite flowers that only show up here in the spring, it was lovely to find them in the middle of the winter.

Have a great Sunday!

Noticing # 80

Make a place to sit down.

Sit down. Be quiet.

You must depend upon

affection, reading, knowledge,

skill—more of each

than you have—inspiration

work, growing older, patience,

for patience joins time

to eternity…

Wendell Berry, Given

Happy Friday!
