25/30 – it’s the little things

Overnight oats. Delish meal, easy and nutritious, depending on what you add to it. This one has oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa, vegan protein powder, and fresh strawberries. It has around 300 calories and most of them are proteins!

I’m eating one bowl each morning around 7 am and I only get hungry around 1 pm. I don’t need snacks during the morning. And I save some time in the morning too, the breakfast is almost ready and I only add fresh fruits.

It’s the little things such as taking care of my meals during the evening and not hurrying and eating whatever is at hand during the mornings.

  1. Yas! Overnight oats is a miracle dish. When I’m feeling fancy, I bring steel cut oats (commonly confused with rolled oats) to a boil, turn off the fire, and leave it overnight for a super-easy steel-cut version of this. Yum!
