she's
adrift
no grounding
the fear is loud
bathed by the new moon
lone under the darkness
the past said only farewell
a few fragments of memory
the future is lost into the fog
Colleen’s poetry challenge this week is a photo prompt. My entry is a reverse nonet. Hope you enjoy!
Get yourself grounded and you can navigate even the stormiest roads in peace.

Hello, it’s already Thursday and today’s post is 3 into 1! Instead of loading your inbox and your reader with 3 posts, I decided to combine all of them here. Hope you enjoy it!
and below is my Etheree for Tanka Tuesday, this week poet’s choice.
flow
grounding
scattered thoughts
on earth magic
inconsistency
the deep need for a change
breathing in and breathing out
a few droplets of lavender
on my pillow under the bright moon
craving the energy for acceptance
Flowers and fragrance filling our senses
Elements of truth opening hearts
Flickering dreams
Where the space fathers purpose
Beyond the walls the world waits
I’ve been without inspiration lately, it’s difficult to sit and to do something else that it’s not related to my office work. I’ve spending lots of time in the garden and reading. I guess, sometimes we only need to take in and others to create.
Today I decided to give a push and write a little, I wrote few pages in my journal and came up with this poem, a Gogyohka for Colleen’s challenge Poet’s choice. Remember you should read each line in one breath!
Past
Present
The plain truth
Moment between
Waiting for a sign
Tears turned out diamonds
In the middle of the fog
She knows, the mirror does not lie
Scars are embroidered into laces
The exhausting cries now sound like a valse
I’ve chosen the theme for this week’s Tanka Tuesday Challenge: The day after. With many things going on in this world right now, that I thought we should look ahead a little bit and maybe see some light.
This week Tanka Tuesday challenge’s prompt is a photo prompt. I soon as I saw this photo I had the feeling of isolation, being lost in the middle of the forest. When I looked closer at it, I saw the girl had a certain contentment in her expression, it’s like she had chosen to be there, she was fine and protected by the tree in the background.
Carried away to another dimension
Leaving behind all the struggling and oppression
She is free and protected now
Breathing deeply and staring ahead
Solitude won't be dreaded
