November is here with its the coziness and colours. It’s time to reflect and be present. It’s also the gratitude month. A long time I don’t write a gratitude list, I think about things I’m grateful for, but I haven’t put them on paper. Now it’s the right time for it.

Have a blessed November!

Noticing how much I like to rip pages of magazines, it’s calming! I made these 4 pages during the weekend using the prompts from @createwithmethursdays, an Instagram challenge on Thursdays. I had a busy Thursday and didn’t have time to join the challenge, so I saved the prompts (Green, Love, Hope, and Faith) for the weekend.

Have a great week! Hoping for some sunshine here!

Few things that made smile this week:

my autumn decoration made with leaves from my maple tree and tiny vases.  they are spread all over my home now. I do this every year, autumn leaves replacing the summer flowers.

i went to get a cup of tea and came out with this delicious spider donut. i  couldn’t resist its cuteness! surprises from Tim Hortons, a coffee chain here in Canada.

an early morning view from my living room window.

noticing little things along the way.

wishing a wonderful weekend to you!

Noticing how difficult it is to listen to our own voice, that voice that tells us secrets, wishes, and passions. This month, The Phoenix Soul magazine is all about it. It’s nice to read that many women have the same trouble, we don’t give permission and/or time to ourselves to check within;  how we are doing, if we are in the place and moment we need to be…

Good Morning! Aren’t these cards pretty and perfect for the starting of the week?

For sure they are perfect for me: Pray, love and begin.

I lost my mind a few times last week. I need to be calm and focus, I need to be my true self. I can’t let people and insecurity take away my peace.

Going back to my mantra: Stop, Breathe, Listen and I should add Pray, Love, Begin.

Wishing a lovely week to you!

Noticing how calm I feel after writing. I don’t understand why I resist in doing it. Today I wrote about causes and consequences. Each little thing we do in this world has a consequence.  It isn’t easy to accept it, but learning to accept and learn to let go is a must if we want to live in harmony with ourselves.

Have a lovely Sunday!

noticing how vulnerable i’m right now. a look, a word, a piece of clothing can make me sad and unfocus. i want to cry and to hide, i want that the night arrives fast so i can sleep and forget the day. i’m sure this is part of the recovering process. i’ve never imagined that recovery could have many phases, seems there is no end.  i hope a better phase starts soon.

hugs,
