A new week ahead, blank pages to be filled up with words, draws and most of the time just scribbles. The main point is to give me a few minutes of calm and reflection, to organize the day/week. I’ll write a list of stuff I need to accomplish this week. It’s so awarding to check each item out when completed. A bullet journal is what this kind of journal is named. I had a special notebook for my lists, but I’ve given up, I feel more comfortable having everything in one notebook.
Hope you have a great week, and below is a nice quote about journaling, it really resonates with me.
“This pouring thoughts out on paper has relieved me. I feel better and full of confidence and resolution.”

I also have tried to use different notebooks, but I don’t like it, I love having everything in one notebook. Have a lovely week. xo

It took long time for me to reach this conclusion. I used to have so many of them, and at the end I got bored of deciding what you I want to use. One is simple, and yes to simplicity!

In college I kept everything in one big binder with tabs between the classes, instead of using separate notebooks. It all felt more under control that way.

You are smart! I had one for each subject, and the worse was to forget the one I would need for that day 🙂

Another blogger I followed echoed your sentiment. She used to keep separate journals, one for writing and one for artwork, but decided she didn’t like it that way. Now she uses just one journal and is very happy. I am with you on checking off lists, Elizabeth. There is a certain sense of accomplishment and satisfaction with each check mark. Have a wonderful week.

One notebook for everything is more practical, it took time to learn, but I learned the lesson. Thanks, Lois!
