I dove deep into my soul work this past week. The change of the season, the full moon, starting to blogging again…, so many things triggered my mood for journaling. I wrote lots of morning pages and some art pages as well, here are few of them. Hope they inspire you!

“Life is a balance of holding on and letting go” Rumi
I’m glad to be back blogging and being part of this group of lovely ladies at “Nurturing Thursday“.
I have learnt so much observing Nature, the most important point is that there is time for everything: time to hold, time to let go, time to smile, time to cry, time to hurry, time to rest …
We have full moon today; a new cycle is starting and it is time to let go. Let go of everything that doesn’t serve us anymore, not only material stuff but what is inside our mind causing trouble and making us stressed.
Joining another poetry challenge, this time is Collen’s: this week Mist and Shape. I’ve taken this photo from the moon shining through my bedroom window, so why not a poem dedicated to her.

new month, new intentions. i make a vision board very month with the stuff i need to focus on the rest of the month. my october board has work out and journaling, spend more time outdoors enjoying nature’s show, eat yummy and health food, and being more joyful. i already do all of these, but the board is more an enforcement like making concrete my wishes.
october mandala
i love to make mandalas, they represent a connection between mind and soul. this one i made with pieces of paper, i interpret it as a sign that i need to have a strong connection between my feelings. i’m always surprised with the oracle cards that show up to me after an intense soul work, this one, fire, is confirming what the mandala shows, i need to invest more on my passions, do things that make me complete.
well, this is my first post! hope you enjoyed it. i’d love to hear your thoughts and wish wonderful october to you!
