Colleen’s 2019 #Tanka Tuesday #Poetry Challenge Recap No. 128, #SynonymsOnly

Good Morning! And such a morning! My poem has been chosen the poem of the week! I”m so proud of myself to have my poem chosen between lovely entries and grateful to Colleen for such a wonderful challenge.

Colleen M. Chesebro

Welcome to the Tanka Tuesday Poetry Recap featuring the work of poets from around the globe. If you would like to participate in this challenge, you can learn the rules in the menu item called Colleen’s Weekly Tanka Tuesday Guidelines.

By the way, in my search to display your poetry the best way I could, I’ve tried every theme I could find searching for a way to make this recap easier to read. The verse block in the new editor is what it is… The separator is horrible too, so I made my own. Hopefully, this is more visually pleasing.

Join us every Tuesday for Tanka Tuesday!

PLEASE NOTE: Don’t forget to count your syllables. Use this site: howmanysyllables.com.Click on the workshop tab. Then, copy and paste your poem into the box, and click “count syllables” at the bottom.

The Poet of the Week will be published…
