I’m still working my way through art journaling. I don’t need much to express my feelings on journal pages; only few magazines pages, a glue, pen and markers or crayons.
I love to work on small notebooks, tiny ones like this pocket moleskine. Few minutes in my studio and a new page is born. I’ve been journaling for many years but I only discovered the pleasures of art journal few years ago. There are so many techniques and media to choose from, but I like it simple.
And you? How do you express your feelings through art?
E.
I draw. I draw my heart out. Drawings and poetry and lots of tea and catharsis.

It’s always like that, so many ideas and new things to try, but the time is short, business of life!

Lovely! I really need to try to get more into art journaling. I make art other ways and even sell art, but have never done much actual art journaling.
