backyard mindfulness

leaves slowly falling down

dancing with the fresh breeze

taking their time to let go

teaching us that it’s ok

there is time for everything

and no need to hold to

what doesn’t serve us anymore

Thanks Indira! It's so simple to pay attention to nature, but we are always busy and in hurry to stop…
