I too read it a couple of times. A profound deep meaning in the last two lines. I guess those darkest secrets could be as simple as our fears, that we hide and keep close to our heart🤔

It’s my poem! When I looked at the photo the first thing that came to my mind was the birds and the trees following the leader.
