I can’t believe it’s already November! This time of the year, more than ever, we need to take care of ourselves. Long nights, cold weather, festivities, …, the perfect recipe for depression. Being an introvert and prone to depression person I need to take care of myself before the winter blues catch me.
Full moon blessing and a wonderful Friday to you!
In my kitchen, I love to prepare something health and eat it slowly enjoying the moment. I wake up early everyday, around 5:30, to have ‘me time’: I journal, do yoga and meditation. At 7 am I’m in the kitchen preparing lunch bags for the 4 of us. Â I finally have time for my breakfast when all these tasks are done.
Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want have an evening with?
Well, if it is permited to use my imagination, I’d like to have an evening with the ladies of Sex and the City, the characters, not the actors, of the series. It will be a funny evening, only laughing, talking about nothing serious, only drinking and relaxing. Of course wearing glorious shoes!

If you could be a tree or plant, what would you be?Â
I’d be a coconut tree, tall and strong living on a tropical island!
What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week? Â Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.Â
“Nothing makes the light, the wonder, the treasure stand out so well as darkness.”
If you followed my previous blog you know that my favourite book is Women who run with the wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. Â I keep it always close to me on my bedside table, or on my desk in my studio. When I need a word of comfort or inspiration I open this book to a random page and for sure I find what I’m looking for.
I dove deep into my soul work this past week. The change of the season, the full moon, starting to blogging again…, so many things triggered my mood for journaling. I wrote lots of morning pages and some art pages as well, here are few of them. Hope they inspire you!

“Life is a balance of holding on and letting go” Rumi
I’m glad to be back blogging and being part of this group of lovely ladies at “Nurturing Thursday“.
I have learnt so much observing Nature, the most important point is that there is time for everything: time to hold, time to let go, time to smile, time to cry, time to hurry, time to rest …
We have full moon today; a new cycle is starting and it is time to let go. Let go of everything that doesn’t serve us anymore, not only material stuff but what is inside our mind causing trouble and making us stressed.
