I went rowing yesterday with my husband, and we had to wait for geese to cross the parking lot at the boathouse. They walked calmly in a straight line in front of our car, trusting that we wouldn’t run them over. Geese on the river aren’t bothered by people rowing past them, either. They just move slowly out of the way. Makes me wonder why people are always in such a hurry 🙂
