Monday musings

Finally, I’m getting my journaling mojo back. Few scribbles here and there, but I’m writing much more now than I’d done in the last few months.

I’ve been journaling, almost every day, since 2013. This year I had my first long break of it, I can say a forced break. I’m so glad I hadn’t lost my journaling practice forever. It is part of my morning routine, and my day is always better when I put down a few or lots of words on the paper.

This is my tiny red Moleskine, 5 x 7 inches. I’m using it mainly for collage, and sometimes acrylic painting. The pages are thick enough so the painting doesn’t leak to the back page.

Today I added few magazine clips, words and the moon cycle to these pages. I’m pretty happy with the result.  The words and the moon cycle are from my Right Brain Planner kit.

Have a great week!

  1. I love your moon message and especially today at the New Moon Solar Eclipse. What divine timing to be reminded of it again. “Braveheart, cycle like the moon, be in your fullness”. Thank you dear Soulsister. Sending you New Moon blessings and energy xxx“

      1. Dear Elizabeth, no sorry needed, life happens and it is so nice to be reminded on your beautiful words again today. All for a reason I believe. Wishing us ease with this next moon cycle. xxx

  2. Glad you are able to write more in your creative journals. I seem to start them, then get busy with other things, and forget them for a long time. I should make it a habit, though. 🙂

  3. This is good, Elizabeth. I went an entire month with no blogging when I was going through my stuff. I didn’t want to have anything to do with blogging. But when it slowly trickles back, it is wonderful. Take care of yourself.
