hello

Hello, my blog friends. I haven’t posted here for one month. The business at the end of the year and vacation time kept me away from this space. Happy New Year to you! Hope you had a great holiday and are enjoying the start of the new year.

I went south for my vacation, Caribbean. I really needed a break from the cold weather; it wasn’t much, only a week, but enough to recharge my energy.

I’m never tired of looking at the clouds and the world from up there

all the green and exquisite animals made me happy

oh, the food and cocktails, just amazing, no words to describe how luxurious and satisfying they were

The best of everything was spending time on the beach, doing nothing, only being in the present moment.

Looking forward to a creative new year ahead!

WQWWC :: Vacation

This week’s theme for WQWWC is vacation, well for a long time I haven’t had a vacation. I mean going out in the world and trying new things. It was impossible to travel last year, and I don’t think it will be different this summer. So, my best option is to travel inside my province.

 It isn’t how much time you spend somewhere that makes it memorable: it’s how you spend the time.

I’m also planning on a staycation! My city has many parks and downtown has lots of nice spots for exploring. I want to walk on the streets and take photos of buildings and people for practicing my photography skills.

Being at home and doing nothing with a schedule is another thing I’m looking forward to. I’m craving free time to work on my journals and paintings. I’ve a few unfinished projects I started last year while in quarantine that I want to finish.

The most important part of a vacation is being away from the daily routine. It’s refreshing for the mind!

Enjoy the vacation without going; enjoy the conversation without talking.
