Do you prefer a frozen corner

or a cozy corner?

This time of the year the sun shines directly into my living room. I love to sit in there with a cup of tea and watch the light dancing on the walls.
Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Arches, Domes, Half Circles
I’m joining Cee’s black & white challenge. This week is FENCE. I took these photos 2 years ago while visiting the CN Tower in Toronto.

This view is from the tiny dome on the top of the big one. We took one elevator to the big dome and another one to the top. It’s pretty scare to be up there, it’s like we are in a cage, the wind is strong, but I guess the view is the reward for being brave.
For sure it is a place to visit when in Toronto!

Nasty weather around here, it’s getting colder and snow is on the way. Glad I stayed indoors during lunch time, I didn’t need to fight with the wind to keep the umbrella up.

The new book of Stephen King and Owen King just came out in September – Sleeping Beauties. It has 702 pages! I got it from the library yesterday, and it was in the quick reads shelf, this means I have one week to read it, and no renew! I’m not sure where my mind was when I checked it out. But I couldn’t resist to have Mr. King’s new book in my hands.

I’m posting the photo in B&W to acknowledge Sue Vicent invitation to join the Black and white challenge. I’ll not joining it since I have finished the same challenge few weeks ago. Thanks so much Sue for the invitation and the challenge is open to anyone that would like to join it.
