On Tuesday, I had to remove a gosling from the outdoor cage where my husband and I keep our rowing boats. We were about to lock up after a row, and it was trying to squirm through the chain-link fence to get out, but it couldn’t quite fit through the links, so I had to chase it around to the gate. It was safely reunited with its family.
They go everywhere, no sense of dangerous for them. These ones are near to the parking lot, we need to check around the car to be sure they aren’t under it. I’m glad your little one went back to his family.
They are so cute! We have plenty of them around here. I’ve heard the city wants do control them too, hopefully not soon, I enjoy to watch them moving around!
This could be a photo of the group of Canada geese and goslings that are hanging about just down our street…

They are everywhere; cuteness, but dangerous too. They are strong and can attack if we go close to them.

Hi Elizabeth! Lovely picture. We don’t get so many goslings here now as the council raid the nests to keep numbers down. It’s a shame.
