  4. I admired this one, particularly the last two lines. There’s a sharp truth in the final turn of the screw — the real verdict is time, and it’s already written. Given that everything ends regardless, then hiding achieves nothing. The best we can do is strip away the illusions and stand bare before the abyss. Or whatever you happen to believe in.
