Hello, I’m still doing my tiny cards, slowing down a bit, but keeping up with the challenge.
I attended an in-person watercolour painting course in the spring. I thought I could learn how to paint nicely. I learned a few things, but in general, I don’t like watercolour; I prefer acrylic. I also dislike painting within lines and prefer abstract painting, where the colours speak for themselves. I attended 9 classes out of the 12. Was it worth? Yes, it was! For sure, I’ve confirmed my creative style is a messy one. No rules, only fun!

Messy creativity is the best, in my opinion! 😁 Your tiny cards are so pretty.

One of my 100-day projects was on little 2 x 3 cards and I just clipped them all onto mobiles to display them in my show! I could fit 20 on each with cards back-to-back. It’s such a pretty way of displaying them Elizabeth. I think collecting of binding them is satisfying now. Keep it going girl!

Such a great idea! I’ve done inches (2 x 2) cards for one of the 100-day projects. They are cute but lost inside a shoe box. Maybe I could find a way to display them.

watercolors and I are not the best of friends… I do like my chalk pastels… still loving the tiny art!

Yes, I like chalk pastels too, the result is softness.

I lovey our cards Elizabeth. Sadly I haven’t had the chance to experiment with the ideas they’ve given me yet.

I hope so too as my stock is running low and a bit boring! Your overlays are definitely food for thought.
