I’ve rediscovered the joy of adding watercolour to my pages. The only downside is that it takes a long time to dry, so I can’t write on the pages as soon as I paint them. The solution is to prep them in advance. Today I prepared a few pages for the weekdays, it’s always a joy to see how the pages turn out after drying.
Because watercolor actually moves on the paper,
it is the most active of all mediums, almost a performance art.

Great quote – I’ve never thought of watercolour as active before, but it makes sense.

Thanks, Bella! I’m prepping the pages during the weekend, so they are ready for the weekdays when I’m in hurry.
