Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art.
Stanislaw Jerzy Lec
Getting older and letting go aren’t easy things, but we can learn lots with nature. I always keep the flowers until all the petals fell down. These were the first tulips that I got this year, at the start of February. You can see how pretty they were here. They are still pretty to me, but now it’s time to let them go.
Have a great weekend!

When flowers start to fade they get the most fascinating colors and textures.; like people. The beauty is still there but enhanced. Lovely 😊

I love when tulips get like this. They look all wild and free–the way I feel the older I get. I don’t give a rip anymore! 😀
